All of our wood shutters are custom-made from select hardwoods to fit each opening and are always perfectly proportioned to any window size. (Don’t be fooled by stock shutters that have been trimmed to fit a window.) Our manufacturer uses a patented wood drying technique that dries the wood to emulate the environmental conditions of the location where the shutter will be installed. Mortise-and-tenon joints are designed to withstand the shear stress and racking forces that occur when operating a shutter.
With a variety of framing options, we work with the customer to create a look that is just right for your windows and doors. Choose from 1 7/8, 2 1/2, 3, 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 inch louver sizes to fit your room decor. There are a wide variety of stock colors and stains available as well as custom paint matching.
