This does not cover damage caused by improper use of the treatments, including but not limited to:
Children swinging from shutter panels
Dogs or cats chewing fabrics or blinds
Teens or tots with poor aim, throwing a baseball into a valance
Purchase includes 3 years of post-installation service calls, at no cost to you, starting from the date of installation. Any service call after year three may incur a service fee.
In addition to the vendor/product warranties, Blinds and Borders provides the following simple and straightforward guarantee.
We provide a lifetime guarantee to the purchaser of the treatments on the craftsmanship of our installation work. Any damage due to faulty installation will be corrected by Blinds and Borders at no cost to the purchaser.
