Process Works
Step 1 | Call or Reach Out
We'll have a phone call and ask for photos of the problem. We cannot fully assess on the phone but will provide an initial "likelihood" of our ability to repair.
Step 2 | Assessment
Most people drop their blind or shade off at our warehouse address. If the repair is for a shutter, or you simply prefer we come to you, there is a small service fee.
Step 3 | We Fix It (or Tell You Why We Can't)
If repair is the right call, we handle it. If replacement is the better or only option, we'll be upfront and let you know. We can provide a cost for replacement, if desired
